We work hard but believe we’ve had great success because we also have fun together. Our You Count Committee (YCC) works year round to create an inclusive and dynamic work environment.

Our Make Magic recognition programs allow employees to recognize their peers throughout the year. We provide each person with a portal page where they can send thank you/congratulations notes, tell a story to recognize others or acknowledge a milestone. We also have annual, quarterly and “on the spot” recognitions.

One of our most popular initiatives is It’s Your Time Summer Hours program that allows employees to leave as early as 1 p.m. on Fridays during the summer season. It begins the Friday before Memorial Day and continues through the Friday before Labor Day.

Our Partners in Time volunteer program has been recognized nationally, receiving the Points of Light/Hands On Network “Award for Excellence in Workplace Volunteerism.” This is a grass roots program that allows employees to decide where to apply their time and energy in giving back to the community.

    A very basic, generic interview. Apply online, pick a time best for you (phone interview). They will call and ask very basic questions. If you pass, they will set up a time for a person to person interview. No need to bring in anything but yourself and your drivers I.D, social security card. More basic questions.
