    Pros

Product concept sounds good on paper.

    Cons

Trying to sell fundamentally flawed product built by defective team with numerous defects. Even after several generations of rebuilding the product from scratch, it does not work in real-world scenarios. False friendliness where people pretend to smile to each other but bad mouth them in the back.
