I love the ability to drive change each and every day. Leadership is extremely open to new ideas so everyone has a voice. It's an extremely fun culture that mixes pushing things forward but also being casual and friendly. We have focus on goals and results but combine that with a fun theme that permeates the company and highlights star performers.Cons

While we have focus and goals to strive towards, we find ourselves deviated from those by new initiatives at times. They may be completely relevant and appropriate but making sure everyone from the top down understands why the focus has shifted is extremely helpful in keeping morale high. I applied online. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at onlineshoes.com in March 2014.Interview Details
After submitting my resume and cover letter, I received an email to set up a phone interview with their HR person. The questions were standard and the interview went well though I wish they would have given their salary range before the end of the conversation. I was asked to come in and meet with my potential hiring manager. The date and time were changed 3 times. On the day of the interview they sent out an email that they were no longer going to hire for the position. Complete waste of time.Interview Questions
