I worked at the tennessean full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

I worked in a satellite office and loved the atmosphere! Small group of sales reps and the editorial staff. We were like family. It was a bit hard to take time off because of so few employees in the satellite office but somehow it worked out. Great benefits.

    Cons

Too much training for the Sales staff. So much that there was almost no time left to sell.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Back off some on the training time. I get why you want Salesforce, but it is cumbersome and takes too much time away from selling time

I applied online. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at the tennessean.

    Interview Details

Interviewed with three supervisory level workers and several potential co-workers. Questions centered on past experience related to position being interviewed for, to include a few behavioral type questions and several of what would be some of the things I would look to do if hired for this position. Start to fnish the process took about 6 weeks.
