For a time, there was a group pushing boundaries and innovating in the distribution space. This is rare for a company of this size. Compensation was good and potential for promotion as fine as long as one is willing to relocate as needed.

A company this large can have a large amount of inefficiencies. Individuals can more easily get lost in the system and push off the responsibilities of their failures onto others. Decision making and especially on-boarding new employees can take a very long time.
