    Pros

Tips, meeting new people everyday, everyday is different, and find cool things too keep. Great summer job while in school, flexible hours.

    Cons

Poor management, long hours, and bare minimum pay. Management pretends to care about your concerns or issues, fixes them and then goes back to the same issues weeks later. Not equipped for a lot of jobs. Fires quality workers over those that skate by or are hindering the company. Only a summer job there is no real room for advancement, jobs are made up as you advance.

    Advice to Management

Get out of the office and into the field, and take management courses to stay fresh with new ideas. Keep a tidy office and lot, and don't abuse workers.

    Pros

Profit share, tips, metal money, long spring/summer/fall hours with friendly coworkers. Management gives their truck team the ability/skills to run what could be thought of as their own little business. The truck team makes judgment calls for their costs, travel from client to client and time management.

    Cons

Very short winter hours, sometimes to the point where you don't work for a week and if you do it's maybe 3 hours. Very little promotion/raise opportunities, they are only available if someone leaves. If a client complains about damage to their property, something was removed that wasn't supposed to or not everything was removed that was supposed to be, management automatically deems the truck team at fault without an investigation and takes money from their profit share to fix the supposed damage and gives money back to the client. If something was taken/not taken that was/wasn't supposed to be they make the truck team turn around and fix the "problem" making them late for the rest of their appointments. No PTO

    Advice to Management

Investigate client complaints, don't automatically beleive them.

    Pros

The people you actually work with are cool and mostly hard working and that is it

    Cons

This company and its co-founder are DILUSIONAL! First of all they lie to you by saying you'll get paid around $16/hr but actually get paid only $11/hr. No benefits and only a few franchises do profit share. Profit share depends on how much you make so you have to lie and swindle sales service to make decent profit share. Also profit share rakes into account how much you dump and your total wages earned at the end of each day which is used against you. LONG HOURS, which a usual day is about 10-12hrs random days off. The Manhattan franchise is terribly run. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY unless you like to be disrespected, not cared for, or even heard. The office makes terrible decisions and will bench you if you do not follow their every command. You aren't given gps or any tools to actually do most of these jobs. You have to use your own phone as gps and your own data. The call center and office give you very little detail on what exactly you're picking. This place has a very high turn over rate because of how poorly it is run and how poorly it treats its truck members/sales representatives because you are the face of the company and all complaints are on you. Also no opportunity for growth whatsoever.

    Advice to Management

Higher pay and franchise owners that care and know how to successfully run a business. Provide gps and proper tools for each 2man truck crew to get jobs done.

    Pros

You can get plenty tips at this job. Walked away on more then 1 occasion with more then 100-200 dollars On top of getting paid hourly. Most of your co workers at the lower level of the totem pole will be cool. lots of overtime in the summer

    Cons

we were lied to multiple times about pay rate they promised 14-16 an hour when in all actuality it's really 11 an hour. Jobs are most of the time grueling and nasty. I've had more then a few injuries here. Management doesn't like to listen to suggestions.

    Advice to Management

Pay more money , listen to the drivers and helpers, fix your trucks, stop being money hungry (if you yourself are sitting in a comfortable office while I am doing back breaking work don't tell me how to do my job)

    Pros

you get a paycheck free stuff off of jobs

    Cons

no vacation lower than poverty paychecks in fall and winter no benefits AT ALL no life in the summer but 7 day week hardcore work no bonus programs

    Advice to Management

raise wages for your employees!!! people have families. Give BENEFITS!!! give a decent wage to hard working Americans don't disrespect people and fire people for asking for a 0.50 cent raise

    Pros

You are employed. You get a paycheck, good work out. A lot of cool staff. Fun environment.

    Cons

For a company that's becoming very popular it pays very little. Basically your a garbage man but you do more then a garbage man. You're actually IN the garbage sorting everything out for WAY LESS pay. It's depressing and disgusting

    Advice to Management

Bump the pay grade. We have to go through garbage, animal feces, and physical labor. You should at least pay $15 STARTING. Seriously
