Pros – The working environment is the best I have ever had. Employees come to work ready and excited for their shifts and the management takes care of us all.

Cons – Sometimes an employee may want to work more shifts than he or she is assigned but since there are a lot of employees it may be hard to get everything you want.

Advice to Senior Management – The leadership at 101 management group is stellar and everybody knows what responsibilities they have and when they have to do them.
