    Internship... Dead End

Junior Accountant (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsThe people are nice, but uneducated and the office seems like a diverse group of lazy people. You can literally get away with doing no work, management doesnt bother you.

ConsNo growth to a real position. Office culture is somewhat like a high school girls locker room. It is very unorganized for a professional office.

Advice to Senior ManagementConsider hiring college graduates and focus more on developing those who are hired instead of throwing them to the wolves without any formal staff training.
