Studio Developer (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsI work here since I was 15 years old. They expose my creativity worldwide. Now I am employed as ecard developer in contract basis. Earning Money while learning...

ConsWe have to create cards according to mindset of US people. As I am from Indian origin , find it difficult to judge their taste.

    – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

ProsThe companies headquarters are based in India and they have corporate sales offices in New York. The company allows sales people to work remotely and divides sales roles by territory.

    ConsLimited targeting available for campaigns.

    Overall, the experience was hell.

Marketing Group Leader (Former Employee) Calcutta (India)

Prosworking for a top 1000 comScore ranked web site.

ConsRun by two brothers that don't work together. Even though the site is geared to the American Market, they are located in India. Their artwork is not attractive to the American Market. Put projects in place that would take two weeks in the US; here they took months. QA group didn't understand English so content was seriously flawed. They offered Spanish cards that they translated on Babelfish - made no sense.

Advice to Senior ManagementRemove multiple layers of bureaucracy. Support new ideas. Try new things. This isn't 1999 anymore.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
