    Customer Service Representative Review

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) North Palm Beach, FL

Pros1st United Bank is very giving in its benefits package. They contribute to their 401(K) plan, allow several days off for vacation, and understand when personal time is needed.

ConsAdvancement opportunites is somewhat limited. Often times, you are hired at one level and stay at that level. Promotions are few and job growth is limited.

Advice to Senior ManagementOverall, more needs to be done in terms of promoting the right people. Often times, certain people may be overlooked that could contribute vastly to the company's objectives in light of politics.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    Financially sound bank, conservative approach

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Boca Raton, FL

    ProsGood work life balance
    Job security
Poised for growth by acquisition until the economy is back on solid footing
Poised for organic growth once the economy is back on track

ConsBenefits if family included are expensive but it's hard to blame the company for not picking up the tab in this economy.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep doing what you are doing, it's a well run bank.
