    Pros

There is a paycheck. There is sometimes free food. There is air conditioning. There is a roof that stops the rain from falling on your head.

    Cons

Dishonesty is very common in the corporate office. The company is filled with untalented individuals who don't care about the doctors or patients. People get hired just because they are related to others in the company (friends and family).

    Advice to Management

Be honest with your employees and the offices you communicate with. Adapt the philosophy of transparency, not secrecy and manipulation. Care more about about the quality of service, because the doctors and patients deserve it.

    Pros

There honestly aren't any pro's beyond drawing a paycheck. I listed the work/live balance at 3-stars because no one works a second longer than they have to here.

    Cons

They buy, consume, and crush. Employees are sub-par, underpaid, disgruntled, drones. The management is fairly smart, but cold-blooded and greedy. Patients are nothing more than ATM machines. Every unnecessary procedure than can be done, will be done and money will be made. They're always seemingly weeks away from bankruptcy and always manage to find a sucker to invest in their final hour. They have high employee turn-over, garbage benefits, and haven't ever contributed to their 401k.

    Advice to Management

Grow a soul and actually care about something other than money.

    Pros

This company is very patient-centric, which is admirable for a company this size. It continues to grow, which provides additional opportunities for promotion.

    Cons

Communication is not a strong suit of the company's.

    Pros

21C is one of the largest healthcare providers for cancer patients. The physicians are dedicated to their patients, research, and growth.

    Cons

Growing pains, difficult to navigate large organization, lots of employees with familial links to executives.

  8. Great cause, poor management

    Pros

Doctors are wonderful, really care about patients. Lots of 'satellite' offices, so there are plenty of locations, good pay

    Cons

Very little training, absolutely no structured orientation. Very petty issues within company. Too much gossip going on and not enough teamwork. Management is not helpful at all when asking for help or suggestions to improve. Money and expansion is most important to this company

    Advice to Management

listen to employees, ask for suggestions in offices, hold monthly staff meetings.

    Pros

The benefit is better my former company. If you like to travel around in USA, this company will be good for you because it has all facilities from East to West and South to North of America.

    Cons

Everything from training, personal growth to 401 K Retirement plan are good. But one thing I do not like when they use the flex time.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Pros

Great team of Physicians who really care about their patients. Feeling that you've made a difference in a cancer patients life.

    Cons

When you think they have your back they don't. Middle management only care about themselves to make themselves look good to upper management. Plays both sides but only cares about themselves. Working environment is very hostile. Complaints go unheard. Here today gone tomorrow.

    Advice to Management

Find genuine people to manage their centers so that the corporation can continue to survive and grow and give the best possible care that patients deserve. I wouldn't give any stars if I didn't have too.

    Pros

    The doctors in our office

    Cons

Because of their desire to grow once your practice is bought and converted there is little support because they have moved on to the next practice.

    Advice to Management

Develop the infrastructure to support what you have and slow down on the acquisitions
