    Pros

Many employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Centrally located.

    Cons

They've gone in a strange direction with supervisors and managers over the past year, firing many experienced and competent leaders, overlooking very well-qualified internal and external candidates, and promoting young, unqualified, and inexperienced friends and relatives of one of the directors. Talent then began racing for the exits. Most of the new managers and supervisors have only a high school education and less than five years experience, while employees with B.A's and M.B.A's are being overlooked and leaving the company. Also, no raises for the rank and file in over four years. May have something to do with the massively bloated salaries taken by senior management as written about in the WSJ.

    Advice to Management

You are the recognized leader in your industry. Your supervisory and management staff should reflect this status.

    Pros

There honestly aren't any pro's beyond drawing a paycheck. I listed the work/live balance at 3-stars because no one works a second longer than they have to here.

    Cons

They buy, consume, and crush. Employees are sub-par, underpaid, disgruntled, drones. The management is fairly smart, but cold-blooded and greedy. Patients are nothing more than ATM machines. Every unnecessary procedure than can be done, will be done and money will be made. They're always seemingly weeks away from bankruptcy and always manage to find a sucker to invest in their final hour. They have high employee turn-over, garbage benefits, and haven't ever contributed to their 401k.

    Advice to Management

Grow a soul and actually care about something other than money.

This company is very patient-centric, which is admirable for a company this size. It continues to grow, which provides additional opportunities for promotion.

Communication is not a strong suit of the company's.

21C is one of the largest healthcare providers for cancer patients. The physicians are dedicated to their patients, research, and growth.

    Cons

Growing pains, difficult to navigate large organization, lots of employees with familial links to executives.

    Pros

Doctors are wonderful, really care about patients. Lots of 'satellite' offices, so there are plenty of locations, good pay

    Cons

Very little training, absolutely no structured orientation. Very petty issues within company. Too much gossip going on and not enough teamwork. Management is not helpful at all when asking for help or suggestions to improve. Money and expansion is most important to this company

    Advice to Management

listen to employees, ask for suggestions in offices, hold monthly staff meetings.
