Former Employee – worked at 24 Hour Fitness
Pros – Flexible schedule, commission, health and dental benefits, friendly staff, free membership, discounts on merchandise
Cons – Only receive benefits if able to hold onto clients to earn 30 sessions a week, when clocked in minimum wage
Advice to Senior Management – Management is pretty cool with you, but if you don't hit there numbers you arent cool anymore with them
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
