    I worked at 360 Degree Customer full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    If you like daily abuses, threats, job INsecurity, selfish team - you have an ideal company to work for!

    Cons

    They never paid their employees in time, I personally know many former employees who sued the company to get the payments.There were some peaceful people who left the company due it to their payment structure, without giving a damn to their payments which is not cleared till date

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Cut the BS, nobody is interested in your crap, pay everybody their outstanding amounts and get everything in place.
