“High level of technical knowledge within the company.”
Current Employee – been working at 3D Research Corporation
Pros – People are very smart, and willing to share.
Totally hands off management.
Flexible working environment.
Working with new technologies and hardware.
Cons – The hands off management is nice, until you really need management.
Lack of projects to staff people.
Internal IT department is almost non-existent, lack of funding for equipment.
Advice to Senior Management – I think that the management is great most of the time, with the exception of when you need them to step in, they don't always do that.
