I have been working at 3E Company (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have great management, especially Bonita Reynolds. Flexible hours, a great team that motivates you to want to do more, or go above and beyond.

    Cons

Not many Cons, just not much work to go around since the GHS deadline passed.

    Pros

Since CEO changed last year, there's so many good changes happened in company and employees seem to be more comfortable with job security wise.

    Cons

Compensation still not seem to be not competitive compared to market. See a lot of mew people coming in but people leaving too.

    Advice to Management

Might want to review compensation standard to keep good people.

I have been working at 3E Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

A handful of smart, driven, capable, hard working, and committed people who are customer focused. A business concept and model that has sustainable market presence and opportunity.

    Cons

Executives demonstrate a passive aggressive elitism that stifles innovation, productivity, decision making, and problem solving. Promotions are handed out like candy to the most incompetent among us. Customers get lost in the shuffle of egos and incompetence. As band aids abound, employees are told how benevolent management is. Quality employees leave at an alarming rate. New hires seem to stay just long enough to figure out there is little hope for change and not much of a future. The front door is a turnstile. Our last two CEOs have surrounded themselves with senior level managers who are capable of very little, but agree with whatever the boss says. It seems to be a condition of promotion. The last one was blatant and in your face about it. The current one thinks he's kinder, gentler, more clever and smarter than the rest of us, while he continues down the same path. The two CEOs can't stand one another. Each thinks the other is narcissistic jerk. It might be the only area where I would find agreement with the two of them. Integrity is in short supply. Compensation is promised (in writing) and then retracted without notice. Turns out, it was all a misunderstanding on the employees part. This once formidable company is in serious decline.

    Advice to Management

Be accountable for the current state of the organization. Pretending that everything is okay, has accelerated the decline. Stop telling the employees how much better they have it now. Listen to those who are bold enough to tell you what you need to know vs. regurgitating what you want to hear. Be bold enough to make challenging course corrections. Raise your level of integrity. Be willing to learn from some of the bright, capable minds at 3E, before they run off and sign up with your competition.

    Pros

Great people to work with. Very dedicated employees

    Cons

Terrible President/CEO. He joined the company in 2014 and has been so bias to men over women that most senior executives and middle executives have resigned. He asked our opinion but the blasts us when we gave it. He has created an environment of fear and most e,players are afraid to give their opinion or be fired for doing so.

    Advice to Management

Bring in new senior management or see if the previous President will come back. Reputation of the company is declining in the marketplace.

I worked at 3E Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Location is good. Flexible hours. Work is not complicated. They have seasoned employees who can be good mentors. They have company-location-specific activities and fun activities from time to time.

    Cons

They cannot keep the good people Most people that leave have done so much for very little pay. Focused on qty vs quality of service to customers. Managers who have just the technical ability with lack of people skills should probably give more attention to that aspect of their set of skills.

    Advice to Management

    Please do not play favorites.

I have been working at 3E Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Ability to work from home. Work on projects on your own or as a team. Have many coworkers that have tremendous abilities and are able to ask questions on many topics

    Cons

So many clients and are expected to work more than your 40 hours. Pay is a little low compared to actually working for a chemical company.

I have been working at 3E Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have worked at 3E for several years and am seeing some positive changes. The company is listening to what employees are asking for and working towards it...finally! New management with the experience and knowledge to grow the company and lead employees.

    Cons

Growing pains. Lots of changes and a lot of work.

    Advice to Management

Keep us heading in the right direction, we will get there.

    Pros

3E gas a core group of employees who work really hard and do their best to ensure the customer's needs are met.

    Cons

The current CEO is actively trying to surround himself with yes men & good old boys. There is little room for career advancement and if they find out you're really good at your job, that will be your job for the duration of your tenure at 3E.

    Advice to Management

The biggest advice to management is to listen to the people who are actually doing the day to day work instead of making sweeping decisions and telling everyone to "just figure it out".

Great people, products and services and growing industry! The company has come a long way in the past couple of years with regards to employee benefits and wellness programs. There is flexibility with working hours, which is a plus!

    Cons

There needs to be more of an emphasis on training and development for all positions and departments.
