    Pros

    At one point it was a great group of people working here but they soon got rid of most of the cool kids for their ideal clean WHITE slate. Oh did this turn into a con? That's how things work at 3PD.

    Cons

    The managers are all in a group and they choose people that they hire that fits to them. They have worker bees and then they have themselves. Most of them don't know anything they just promote their buddies or people that will follow along with what they say. They probably have just enough black people in the Marietta office that it doesn't start to look fishy. These people are a joke in 2015

    Advice to Management

    Grow up! It's time for you all to start playing nice in the sandbox. Do what is right for. Change & stop looking at each other for who to play with next like some mean girls

    Pros

    After the first 2 years, there were none.

    Cons

    The job became my whole life because of the amount of work I was expected to get done.

    Pros

    Christmas party was okay, but it is rigged so that BIG prizes are one by top level executives. Sometimes their were group potlucks...but only or staff that had early shifts.

    Cons

    The training period was inadequate to deal with the many pressures that come with working in customer service. Management was incompetent and unable to perform or lead employees on tasks because they had no idea how to do them themselves. Coworkers who had worked there longer were given favoritism, which made it impossible to go to HR with legitimate concerns due to bullying from the rest of the staff. Overall, too much pressure and stress for such a low wage.

    Advice to Management

    Hire management that is actually capable of doing their lower employee's work and then some.

    Pros

    Its a check until you find something else. If you get on at the office in Marietta the pay is a little more and they are closed on Sundays so I've heard.

    Cons

    Starting pay is 10 you start off as a part time employee until they are ready to make you full time which may be never. Everyone use the same headsets and get sick several times. 7.5 hrs a day with a 30min unpaid break. Management is very rude. Your schedule can be changed at any time and you wouldn't know unless you check the board. Several routers walked off the job due to low pay and management. They raised the routers pay to 14hr to get some to stay but per routers its still not worth the headache. Only holidays off are Xmas and thanksgiving. Phone system suck and new system suck which hinders you from working proficiently.a lot of complaints about checks not being correct every pay period.there were several emails sent out to HR with no response. I pray things get better for those still there.Only worth the stress if its a last resort

    Advice to Management

    Have a heart! Stop the high school part time hours unless their are students who wish to be part time.Give raises and raise the starting pay for dispatchers. Show appreciation for the workers! I pray for more godly people to be in upper management because most management don't care about the people below them.

    work schedule is flexible and can be changed on just a day's notice compensation for exempt workforce is better than average

    Cons

    No raises and annual reviews. No communication from top down. Either it does not exist or stops at a certain level. Managers are in positions that they should not be

    Communicate and don't set expectations that you never intend to meet with the workforce

    Pros

    Flexible Schedule and I had a company truck but not all operations managers get them. I had an extended market so it was necessary.

    Cons

    The company is a 3rd pay logistics provider of large goods such as furniture and appliances. They only hire contract carriers to do the deliveries which are no employees and are harder to manage. The company expects these poor guys to work 12-13 hr days and only make pennies. Most contractors end up going into the negative due to low pay. No matter what the company makes its money and the man doing the work doesn't. And its the job of the Operations manager to sell this crap job to contractors. The company fires back by saying it the operations managers job to make it profitable for the contractor but that is next to impossible when then most they can make is $350-$450 per day minus truck cost, insurance, fuel, taxes, employees ect.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your contractors and your business will be much better.
