    By far the worst place I have ever been employed..

    Customer Service Representative (Current Employee)

    ProsThe only "pro" of working for this company is that management is easy-going when you request to have time off from work.

    ConsThe supervisors are extremely rude at times and this does impact the way the workplace is run because their job is to answer questions and assist the employees and at times, they become stubborn and frustrated when asked for assistance. Upper management does indeed choose favorites (such as people they "hang" out with outside of work) which in highly unprofessional. Often, the representatives would be reprimanded for giving false information to customers, though this is a result to management not spreading information efficiently.

    Advice to Senior ManagementGive every representative the same information and improve the workplace environment. Also, do not pick favorites within the workplace, as this is highly unprofessional. and does not go unnoticed by other employees.

    Horrible, ghetto, full of hypocrisy unless you conform to their ways. Extreme racism in data entry department.

    ProsNone. Well maybe one, they hire anyone.

    ConsManagement sucks, they don't really want to work. Push their work off on others. Dirty, dingy, oh did I say ghetto? Long hours without pay, treated without acknowledgement. The job is a joke. They will let you go even after working there for years without a care in the world. They want slaves. Sweatshop atmosphere.

    Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of management in data entry and the warehouse associated with that section of 3PL.

    Management does not care for their employees at all. It's all about the business

    ProsThere are no best reasons to work for this company. Their salary and benefits are pathetic

    ConsThere are all downsides to working for this company if you want to work for a company that builds moral. This company does not.

    Advice to Senior ManagementBe more attentive to your employees needs. Listen when they have concerns and investigate all issues no matter how "small" they may be in your eyes. Be fair with the employees instead of taking the managers side of the story.

    ConsLayoffs are Frequent and Sometimes With Short Notice, You Are NOT Competitively or Fairly Compensated: A Supervisor with 2 Years Experience and no College Degree earned $21/hr -vs- A College Graduate with 5 Years Sales & Service Experience Was Offered an Increase from $12/hr to $14/hr

    Advice to Senior ManagementThe overall culture of the organization is great, but think long term when it comes to compensating qualified, credentialed, and successful candidates; it may be well worth the investment given the candidates track record and documented performance.
