    Pros

Although pay was not that great compared to other similar companies, 3S pays for the housing meals, gas. So if you factor that in account, the overall isn't that terrible. It's a good place to start as a new grad.

    Cons

Long working hours with constant and unpredictable schedule. You cannot plan things far ahead as you'd constantly be traveling or working in different states for different projects. It's draining after you do this for a couple months.

    Advice to Management

Staff the projects with enough engineers so you don't end up burning your engineers and losing them.

    Pros

IT was an easy job very lenient with the hours i worked.

    Cons

A lot of the employees who have something to say about you will not confront you about the issue but instead will just snitch on you to a higher up.

    Advice to Management

Please learn how to intermingle your co workers better they seems to be sectioned off by their job abilities.

    Pros

You have a job and management is motivated to grow

    Cons

Friends and family rule and if you are an outsider, your days are numbered. Make sure all salary and benefits are clearly spelled out in your employment contract and beware that your salary and hours will be cut as it benefits the company. Expect only the lowest quality of everything from this company and you won't be disappointed.

    Advice to Management

Follow industry standards when it comes to benefits, pay and safety and stop trying to profit by making your employees lives misery.

    Pros

You are thinking you found a job for several days!

    Cons

The weak Management as if they hired you for bringing them just money ,CEO ALWAYS thinks about Money(you know workers should be respected as a human being before anything else) and the Policing system against almost anyone in the company!

    Advice to Management

Be fair and respectful towards the employees. Consider them as a human being then think about accumulating money.

    Pros

    1) At least you could get a job with them. 2) Is a way to enter to USA for working legally.

    Cons

    1) Upper managment (almost all) doesn't know the meaning of ethics. 2) Take advantage of the employment needs of Mexican people. They can reduce your salary, or others scary things. 3) Upper management (almost all) are bully people.

    Advice to Management

Please don't abuse of your employees (especially mexican guys).

    Pros

This is a rapidly growing company. I've been working here for a little over two years now and I've grown as a person and professionally. There are a lot of opportunities, but just like any other expanding company you have to work hard for your opportunities. I like learning and strive for expanding my knowledge, therefore I've been successful and always felt appreciated in this company.

    Cons

You can't be lazy or working behind doors. You have to know what you're doing to get credit for it.

    Advice to Management

Keep promoting from within and growing!!!!
