    ProsGood food. The other servers they've hired are all fun people for the most part. Pretty on par with every other restaurant I've ever worked at.

    ConsHellish Guests. Also, they are moving more and more into the "corporate" structure. Which is annoying considering that we are all guinea pigs.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your employees as well as you treat your guests.

    Management responds greatly to scheduling difficulties or concerns
    Management is willing to work around school/other responsibilities

    ConsToo much change too quickly
    Restaurant had a very corporate/franchise feel to it, even though it was privately owned and minimal locations

    Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the great scheduling efforts to try and make it work for employees who have other responsibilities.
    Try to remember that employees like to see they are being rewarded for jobs well done.
