    Pros

small store, easy to maintain, you pretty much get paid to do nothing so thats a plus, great room for growth because of the high turnover rate

    Cons

can get verrrrrry boring standing around doing nothing. pay isn't that great but then again you don't do much.

    Pros

Great corporate environment and benefits! The teams are very small, so you will get an opportunity to touch a lot of different things.

    Cons

Corporate is very small. Still in a stage of implementing processes and very manual.

    Pros

Fair starting pay for upper management Generous Discount Quarterly incentives great for management

    Cons

Be prepared to kiss butt if you want to stay long.Internal promo is a no go.High school all over again.SM's are given way to much power to terminate employees for bogus reasons.Popularity contest.98% of corporate looks like they stepped out of an Abercrombie billboard.Discriminatory company for sure.Expect you to dress up as if you are working for GUCCI.DM's are ill mannered and have serious power trips. The amount of labor laws that are broken is ridiculous, how no one has taken this company to court is beyond me.

I worked at 7 for All Mankind full-time

    Pros

A lot of Freedom in each store. Decent pay. Great product.

    Cons

Support lacking from upper management, and expectations for a clientel program that are unrealistic with the out of date system them they currently have.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes and start thinking logically. You have a great product with the wrong focus on how to get the company out of the red. Get the brands name out there, update your systems, pay attention to your employees in training them correctly.

I worked at 7 for All Mankind full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Everyone was like a big family. We almost always made out sales goal and we were one of the top stores! Loved the few denim Loved the incentives Loved the pay Loved the people and even clients

    Cons

hard work if you don't study the brand and denim but on most occasions the jeans sell themselves. Sales goals can be a bit tough when it's a slow season

    Advice to Management

Continue to promote from within and don't overlook your associates. But overall, best place I've ever worked and would love to go back.
