    Pros

Work at elite locations and get general tips from $40-$60/per day, plus $5/hour (gross monthly income for $5 is $800/month)

    Cons

Sometimes you may get $10-$20 in 5 working days (rarely)

    Advice to Management

Minimum should raise at least to $7.50

    Pros

The excercise keeps you in shape, no other positive reviews, look elsewhere.

    Cons

Over schedule valets, minor door ding and your fired, they don't fire the guys stealing from customer cars or showing up drunk and high because they can't hire enough staff. They treat the employees horrible, DO NOT work for them, I rarely avg over $10 an hr with a $5 minimum wage+ tips.

    Advice to Management

Its against the law when you are a tipped employee and you do not make enough in tips to make minimum wage. When I told a supervisor I made 5 dollar for a 7 hour shift and didnt make minimum wage his response was "thats valet".

    Cons

Management can be tough to deal with sometimes, depending on location.
    High turn over

    Advice to Management

Take better care of employees by ensuring that they are well trained.

    Pros

Very fast paced work - I enjoyed it the busier it was. The actual work was very enjoyable.

    Cons

This was the most unethical company I have ever worked for in my 20+ years in the workforce.
They knowingly pay many employees who don't earn enough in tips less than minimum wage and refused to correct it.
Due to the overwhelming volume of negative reviews on sites like this, all of us operations managers were required to submit positive reviews to counter them - and we had to submit a copy to the owners for proof or we would face disciplinary action.

    Advice to Management

Nothing will change, so there is no point in giving advice - but #1 would be to stop looking at your employees as liabilities who are all bent on stealing from you and start seeing them as assets.

    Pros

You learn quickly because you have no choice to. The group of people you are with will help you grow, only because they have been thrown into the same situation you are now in.

    Cons

Shady company, bad policies. Never start fresh, just continuing where replacement left off. Overworked and underpaid, with no hope of a raise.

    Advice to Management

If you are going to have a very high turnover rate, at least have a decent manual to let others know what they are walking into. I wish you the best.

  7. The company does not care about its employees and if you don't make minimum wage, they will not increase your base pay.

    Pros

Lots of exercise. Pay is ok at some locations. Olele, IP, and the ER at TGH pay well.

    Cons

Low pay. They often don't pay you for days you work, claiming an accounting error.

    Advice to Management

Increase base pay for your locations that receive poor tips.

    Cons

I cannot believe the Labor Board hasnt walked in and shut this place down.

    Advice to Management

The owners and management are the issue.

    Pros

    - Sometimes you get to drive expensive cars
    - Most of the valets are really cool guys
    - Sometimes you'll have long periods of downtime

    Cons

    - Management is sketchy and unprofessional
    - Their headquarters in Tampa is so sketchy it makes you feel like you're being scammed
    - Craigslist ad says "Make $10-$15 an hour" even though the company only pays you less than &5/hr
    - Very uncoordinated, sometimes you'll get a "rush" of cars and you only have 2 people, so you end up running nonstop as fast as you can while the street gets blocked. Then by the time your manager gets there to "help" all he does is scorn you for something out of your control.
    - Your pay is 100% dependent on your location, if you work Centro Ybor you'll hardly make any tips and will have to run very far distances. You don't get a choice in which spot they put you.

    Advice to Management

Act more professionally. Some of them are openly racist and show clear favoritism to certain employees because they buy weed from them on the down low. Start drug testing these guys and tell me you don't fire more than half of them.

If your job is to roll around in your Jaguar and check up on different spots, get out of the car and stop inconveniencing the valets by making them come to your window while they're working.

    Pros

Small office atmosphere. Some of the employees make it more pleasant to work there.

    Cons

High turnover due to disrespectful bosses that don't value their employees (they yell & curse at their employees & will do it in front of other people too). Also very low pay.
Only 5 paid vacation days allowed per year... very unreasonable for work / personal life balance.

    Advice to Management

Respect the hard working employees and be more professional.
