    Pros

    If you are Lucky enough to get full time work the benefits are great. Don't just hire someone to give them false hope like promising to hire them for 4 shifts then after 3 weeks cut the schedule down to 1 and expect them to know everything
    that is known to people that have worked there for many years.

    Cons

    some of the employees have been working in the job a bit too long and have fallen into bad habits and are not following
    corporate guidelines as far as customer service is concerned.
    the schedules should be posted a week before and not changed without notification to employee that their shift has been changed. break up the cliques and shake their boots up as to let them know they are replaceable in the position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give trainees all possible training materials needed to complete their training i.e.. drink manual including recipes for all
    drinks programed in the aloha system. Create a place in the salad section that will allow a guest to order a bistro salad
    without having to 3up the item, not all customers want "the big salad" or the desert. If an assistant manager is put in charge of running the bar have them concentrate on the bar not on the dining room staff as much.

    Pros

    Fast money, easy menu, opportunities to advance into management

    Cons

    One of the companies core values is "respect for each individual" and the managers to not show respect for the staff at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Practice your values that you are shoving down our throats. It is important that you follow up on promises and actually strive towards positive change.

    Pros

    I don't have any. Employees, especially people in training, are treated with a total lack of respect and empathy. If you don't "grasp" something the first time, you are ridiculed and humiliated. Not conducive to a productive and powerful team. Don't quit your day job to go to 99.

    Cons

    Long hours, very poor training, unrealistic expectations of management, and total lack of job security. I cannot stress enough: the training (or lack thereof) is horrendous.

    Pros

    Good affordable food. That's the only credit I can give them.

    Cons

    I've worked previous part time jobs that I did not enjoy, but this company is intolerable. Unless your a young college student really looking to make a few bucks for your books, this location, the poor management and that their employees are not provided fairness in the workload they handle, primarily with the kitchen, I have to say this job made me grateful to leave once I found a MUCH better job.

    Secondly they lack a digital system for managing the floor plan for the Host/Hostess responsibilities. The under-staffing there (Even worse they do everything they can to eliminate overtime) makes the job even more stressful.

    Senior management preaches how great the company culture is (They fooled me very well when I was offered a job there) They do not care about the work/life balance for their employees. They also bend over backwards for the customer, even if the customer is CLEARLY WRONG.

    Just like any job, sometimes there are stressful shifts and immature team members. Schedules sometimes not ideal
