    Great Experience Fun People

    Sales Associate (Former Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsOur manager got to know us. He understood what our goals of our job were. He gave us hours based off how hard we worked. Funny and easy to get along with coworkers.

ConsOnly complaint is that they don't increase salaries often nor do they promote often.

Good startting point for a first time job

    Sales Associate (Current Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsThe company offers discounts on one outfit a month with additional discounts that can be used as well.. The clothes are already inexpensive so a whole outfit may cost between 14-22 bucks

ConsThere are too many on call shifts, not enough hours, rude and demanding customers, and poor management

Advice to Senior ManagementStop the on call shifts

This store makes you work hard for little salary.

    Assistant Manager (Former Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsThis company promotes you quickly due to turn over rate. You can learn a lot from this company which will help you get further jobs in the field of retail. It's a great place to start to get your foot in the door.

ConsExcessive hours (over 45 per week and no time and a half) the process of floor sets are extremely un-organized with little staff due to cutting pay roll hours every single day. Not enough staff help because they hire little kids and pay them minimum wage. Working over night from 5 pm until 10 am the next morning should not be allowed unless pay is increased during those grave yard hours.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn a better way to launch and execute floor sets. Learn a better way to process shipment because door to floor with one merch flow manager does not work smoothly.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    No family time.

    Assistant Manager (Current Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsA lot of networking potential. Opportunities to learn different aspects of the company and procedures.

ConsSo much time changing marketing with each pricing change and rearranging the store. They are all about getting product out the door and not enough payroll to make to store presentable.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe ready to sacrifice a lot of home life.

    Cool... "Aero Cool"

    Sales Associate/Cashier (Current Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

Proseverything is good about this job. Great discount. Great morale. High standards. The people who work here care about the company and how the company is perceived by the customers.

ConsCan't be promoted unless 21 no matter what.
We stay hella late to clean the store, but its all just to make sure the store is clean and presentable for the customers.

Advice to Senior Managementtake a look at your employees and see who would be a good manager, not who is able to drink.

    Competitive Pay

    Assistant Manager (Current Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsHigher pay than most retail stores, fun environment, great people, great company to work for. Usually promotes within so there is a high chance for advancement.

ConsTransferring among stores is not always based on what is best for you as an associate but based on what the company wants.

Advice to Senior ManagementDM's and RM's should really listen to the employees more. It seems as it is not always in our best interest.
