    Pros

Great company culture that promotes appreciation for work that you've done. Motivating CEO who will lift up the whole company spirit when everyone else doubts the brand. Competitive pay. Constantly thrives to be better and make a comeback.

    Cons

Teams are too lean sometimes and resources aren't always provided for assistance. Promotion equals title raise but not much of a salary raise. Too many employees that work hard but not smart; lets go of great talent.

    Advice to Management

Need to start recognizing real talent and also improve on branding.

    Pros

None other than the employee discount

    Cons

Very micromanage environment, a lot of favoritism and most of corporate employees are driving by fear of losing their jobs if issues are address

    Advice to Management

Had my exit interview with HR and again nothing was done.

    Pros

Aero is a unique place to work in fashion. I worked there for a couple years full time. The people are awesome. It's a good mix of corporate structure and also a smaller, more personal feel. I felt like I was kept in the loop from my leadership and team of what was going on in the company and why decisions were made, what opportunities were available to me, etc. Aero has an awesome, unique culture and really makes an effort to keep that going and engage its employees.

    Cons

Business has been tough for a while and that has an effect on a lot of things. We had to really watch expenses, and the company had to make some organizational changes that made it tough on employee morale. But I will say that I've been through other re-orgs before and Aero handled it much better than other places, and people stayed positive overall and bounced back pretty quickly. I will say that although business is tough, the company has rallied to make changes, and it is a really innovative, exciting place.

    Advice to Management

Make sure your employees feel valued and feel like there is transparency about why decisions are being made. Keep the Aero culture going.

    Pros

You can get exposure through presenting and taking control of your business with minimal supervision

    Cons

They promote people who don't always deserve it and don't promote those who do (popularity brown nosing).

    Advice to Management

If you want people to stop quitting, start treating them with the respect they earned

    Pros

I was a hard worker. I worked for the company for 4 years. I moved my way up. I even interned at the corporate office in my field as a graphic designer. Did have to pay for my own on everything but to have a good opportunity to work in the fashion district was amazing.

    Cons

I did not like Aeros views as a company. They were trying to be fashion forward but did not realize they were getting customers who just want cheap clothes. I shared my opinion at corporate but got shut down I was wrong. Then a year later...they almost had bankruptcy. They changed their style as "Aero Now" which was a good step for the company but I honestly thought it was too late.

    Advice to Management

You guys could of done better if you started the "Aero Now" 5 years ago. Stop buying licensed products and start selling your fashion forward items a tad bit more. Get better customers other than the customers who want 3 dollar graphic tees.
