    I have been working at Aéropostale full-time

    Pros

    The company truly cares about it's employees. You can feel the passion that the CEO and VP have for the company. It is a fun place to work with great benefits. It is like having a second family.

    Cons

    There is a heavy workload with little payroll.

    Hello my name is Arianna, I currently work at Aeropostale in Queens center mall. I've been working there for about  a year now & i've learned and gained a lot of experience from working there, I've learned A lot about myself, some of my qualities are that I'm a very outgoing person that has great communication skills and I know how to relate to customers. I am very approachable and easy to talk to. i've been top seller for five months in the short time of my experience, I am a very fast learner and I know how to apply my all in what I do. I enjoyed being a sales associate and we can both benefit each other

    Love the people I work with! DM peer group is amazing. Merchandise had never been better.

    Cons

    Executives have lost touch with the field. Lack of key merchandise during peak times makes it hard for stores to comp.

    Pros

    All the other workers are friendly and helpful. Especially in the beginning when you need it most. So much diversity you learn a lot from people

    Cons

    It's retail. so its always too many people shopping at once. They expect you to know everything outside your department after specifically explaining you just needed to know your section. Always pushing for you to sell. Even if the customer has an innocent question like 'where's the bathroom?'

    Have to be a players coach
