    Pros

I had a wonderful time working with this company. I had great managers and they were always flexible with me being a college student with another job. I had fun with my co-workers and usually the customers were easy to help and work with to find what they're looking for.

    Cons

The only thing is hours come and go depending on the season. But that is with any hourly retail job. The fall and through the holidays hours are up, but once the holidays are over until the late spring hours are down.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be flexible with your associates because they will be more flexible for you.

    Pros

Fun loving environment and great people. I loved everything about the company and the morals. Would work for again if I were still a teenager lol

    Cons

Not much room for advancement unless you go corporate. You deal with snippy customers and all of the expected negative things to come along with dealing with people one on one

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work Keep up the good work Keep up the good work Keep up the good work Keep up the good work

    Pros

They offer a great clothing discount and they allow you to wear jeans and flip flops to work. This is a good job for a high schooler just starting in retail, the register was easy to operate and the duties were easy enough. The use of the Dayforce app was great and convenient as you could adjust what hours you could and couldn't work, request off, and see your schedule and pay stubs all through it. They were very generous with giving days off as I was a busy high school student. They did not overwork me, for the most part, but I still got enough hours to receive a decent paycheck.

    Cons

The overall environment was very much like high school, though there were just as much college age (and older) workers as there were high schoolers. Gossiping was very common especially about others working there--management and sales associates should be expected to retain a level of professionalism in the workplace. Customers were rude and messy and ransacked the store often leaving us there for hours after we closed. I would also be scheduled to close on school nights, leaving me there as late as 11:30 when I had to be awake early the next morning.

    Pros

This company is career driven. If you are looking into considering retail to be your career, Aero is a good company to work for. Moving up the ladder is easy.

    Cons

Retail during the holidays is exhausting. Although the paycheck is rewarding, you'll be expected to work 10-15 hours more a week.

    Advice to Management

Keep it consistent. Follow policies and stick to the rules. Listen to your employees and their concerns.
