Pros
There were many good reasons to work at A.C. Moore under former CEO Jack Parker, but not under CEO Rick Lepley.
Cons
Senior & middle mgmt do not know how to effectively run an arts & crafts company and need to step aside.
Advice to Senior Management
Resign and turn control over to someone who knows what they are doing in arts & crafts retailing before it is too late to save the company.
