I have been working at A.I.M. Technical Consultants
Pros – Worked hard at getting me placed.
Upfront about different options.
Wasn't pushy when I wasn't looking (prior to contacting them for a position)
Cons – Dental coverage is bad, only one option
Medical is expensive or bad coverage.

“Refused to pay as agreed.”
I worked at A.I.M. Technical Consultants as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – They did find me work but were not forthcoming when it came to getting paid and they refused to pay any of the per diem agreed upon for work done on the road.
Cons – When I tried to collect my per diem pay for work done on the road I was told "Try to prove we didn't pay you." Very unprofessional, with out the per diem pay I am in the red on this job.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay your employees as per your agreements.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
