Solid leaders who are approachable and competent.
Employee treatment - Company very much looks out for the interests of its employees.
Cons
Limited career advancement opportunities in certain markets and functional areas.
Too risk adverse at times.

The company cares about family.

Pay does not match the industry standard, in other words it is below standard
Advice to Senior Management
Use the experience and knowledge of the people. Not be bias. Organize the company and its resources correctly.

great work, great pay and benefits and good work life balance
Cons
not enough women in senior management. Many of the men, particularly in finance have an overly inflated view of their own self worth. Unfounded arrogance.
