Pros
Good colleagues who are very driven. The compensation has improved over the last years and have become more in line with market.
Cons
Its a very corporate environment with a lot of politics and decision making can be rather show. Because the organisation is so big, many employees feel like a number.

Security, salaries - compared to other firms in the shipping business, colleagues, young and dynamic environment, expatriate contracts available

no clear idea about the direction to be followed; lowering productivity due to implementation of very bad information systems; creation of useless managerial roles; complete inadequacy of human resources management; no incentive to value creation; no customer care; massive worldwide staff rotation without meaning or advantages for the organization; not effecctive training
Advice to Senior Management
wipe out human resources management through all the group; then fire half of the management staff; shape processes listening to the voice of the customer; give recognition to what matters to the customers; stop creating a fake Maersk world, and face the real market
