Former Employee – worked at A Plus Home Healthcare

Pros – The purpose of this company is to mainly provide specialized home nursing services for children who would otherwise need to be hospitalized or live in an institution; by working at this company you feel like you are really helping these children.

Cons – Company is privately owned by a son and his mother, who also own other companies. They borrow back and forth from each of the companies in order to meet business expenses and in order to build up the other companies, leaving the employees wondering how long the company can continue to do this.

Advice to Senior Management – Foul language is not acceptable when talking with or talking to your employees, even when you are frustrated with your own personal situations or your business situations.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
