Pros

I work in ATKearny Shanghai office,as a part time assistant. I have chance to get involved in project shoulder by shoulder with professional consultants. It's competitve to have the employer's name on your resume when you're searching for a full-time job after graduation.

Cons

Long hours and intense job amount. Working on a consulting project usually requres very intense involvement, from the project managers to part-timer. I used to work 90 hours/week as a student temp. It's really not that good for one's health.

Advice to Senior Management

Generally ATKearney's program for student part-time is very good. If there's sth I wish to suggest, that would be a better designed evaluation system for us. And a good referral process that can traced during the full-time recruitment will be great too!
