    I worked at A'Viands full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

good pay, lots of different positions to learn, overtime is frequent, uniforms for the most part are provided, can either work alone or in a group, alternating working holiday schedule, every other weekend off.

    Cons

Expected to stay several hours later at a minutes notice, managers show favoritism, bad benefits (health insurance is very high, though the vision and dental is ok), bizarre pay schedule (7th and 22nd of every month)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more flexible. Mistakes happen. As long as no one is injured, there is no reason to treat an employee so badly.

    - never completed my direct deposit (or fixed after being resubmitted)
    - minimum wage
    - not open to suggestions
    - allow staff with seniority to be late, out of uniform, or not completing all tasks

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - accept suggestions on menu changes from employees
    - treat all employees the same - no double standard if they have been working for the company a long time.
