    I have been working at A Wireless Solution, LLC.

    Pros

    Working alone gives one a lot of freedom to complete other tasks
    Cheap phone plan
    Good at granting time off with proper notice

    Cons

    Weekly hours make it impossible to have a life outside work
    Unreasonable metric goals
    Few opportunities for advancement
    Lots of unnecessary busywork
    Cold Calling
    Few employee benefits
    Low employee AND managerial morale

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Respect the workers and they will respect you.
    Employing double standards doesn't help anyone.
    Set more reasonable monthly goals based on store traffic

    I worked at A Wireless Solution, LLC. full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    been sitting here about 5 minutes trying to think of one...enough said.

    Cons

    owner is unethical.

    poor work/life balance.

    commission structure is built for employees to lose and owner to win. chargebacks are ridiculous. For example: if you make a sale and make $15 commission for that sale...anytime within 6 months after making the sale, if the customer who purchased the item stops paying their bill and their account gets charged off, you get charged back not only the $15 you initially made, but also a percentage of the device subsidy, which can be upwards of $80-100. This is not only wrong, but illegal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get your house in order. RESPECT employees, have better staffed stores, stop stealing from employees (and that will help in having better staffed stores). Pay better across the board.

    cheap phone plan
    New phone every 5 months
    sometimes you work alone.. freedom

    Cons

    pay full price for your phone (no sale price to employees)
    work 10+ hours a day and working weekends
    minimum wage
    some stores get no traffic so it's nearly impossible to make commission
    few opportunities for advancement
    benefits are extremely expensive
    no paid time off or sick days
    not good trainers
    monthly goals are unreasonable for some stores
    cold calling

    respect employees!
    more training with supervision so everyone is well educated
    handle problems in a timely manner
