Pros
-Great team to work with: they are savvy, friendly and believe in the product
-Good work environment: it is relaxed and management (both mid-level and upper-level) have an open door policy. You have access to peopleCons
-It is a well-run machine. That being said, there is little room to advance. You end up staying in your role with the same title for a while. You can take on more work and more responsibility but you won't get paid for it.
Advice to Senior Management
Overall, senior management is doing a good job and their leadership has lead to results for the network. Morale does not seem low but they could have more permanent hires - the number of freelancers makes you think everyone is disposable, when they're really integral members of the team.
