    Pros

    Cute clothes and great discount.

    Cons

Company didn't know what they were doing. One day there focus was on customers and the other day it was on sales. Customers are your sales. They were not very associate oriented either. Overall a good first job but not a company to grow in. Their "party" idea made associates very rude and chatty.

    Advice to Management

    Grow.

    Pros

This place is horrible, they should close down and their management sucks!

    Cons

Horrible management, no type of compassion towards staff.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to treat your employees in order to have them STICK around.

    Pros

Easy-going personalities, good way to get your feet wet in the fashion industry.

    Cons

Kind of a clique-y atmosphere, perhaps because there isn't too much intermingling between departments and varying schedules. Not too much room for growth.

Horrible. They hire incompetent leaders to run the store, I called HR with a complaint and was fired the next day.

    Cons

-cut hours without validation -schedule outsie of your availability -speak to you disrespectfully -pay sucks -if you call HR you will be fired

    Advice to Management

be better people, go to church and get right within.

    Pros

There is TONS of room for advancement ESPECIALLY if you dont mind moving around. The environment is set to be a lot of fun and there is so much to learn.

    Cons

work-life balance was terrible. there was no such thing as part time because everyone was working 35+ hours. Too much stress was put on the employee and as a manager was tough to watch. I was my own boss and I left seeking more knowledge not because I couldnt handle a manager.

    Advice to Management

Be more patient with your employee ESPECIALLY their first month. They have entered a new place where they are absorbing everything as fast as possible. Walk them through everything right the FIRST time and set time aside to train as you go.

    Pros

    - decent pay - good way to exercise communication skills - nice discount of 41%

    Cons

HA ! WHERE DO I BEGIN ! - cocky managers - 10-15 minute breaks? Sorry full time or part tome we deserve a lunch ! - Co-workers stealing sales - Sales goals? Who made up that idea....big mistake ! - Gossip, competition, cocky girls...its high school all over again ! - bad closing hours....i guess being a girl walking home alone after 11pm on these Chicago streets is just fine with everybody....don;t worry I'll invite to my funeral when something actually does go wrong. - Fix the dress code. They are trying to dress us like old ladies when we are all ages 18-25

    Advice to Management

Learn how to appreciate your employees and stop being cocky. Address manners in a professional way not like a high school popular girl trying to bully the little people. Be more considerate.
