Former Employee – worked at AAJ News full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – We had the best team in which we had best reporters, good production team, professional technical team and a very good team leader (Mr. Talat Hussain)

Cons – Owners did not put their money on time nor did they spend it in the right place, and one by one team members left the channel. Now when the team is weak they have lost the charm and good cloud in market, we created with lot of effort and hard work.

Advice to Senior Management – re-build a "good team"
