    Company is a real international company with many opportunities to work abroad. good career options into many diferent fields.

    Cons

    Decisions has been faster in the past and is being concentrated into the headquarters since few years.
    Despite it is a engineering company many of decisions today as made by lawyers and the now days feeling is that productivity is lower due to the fact that people takes more time protecting themselves rather than use the time for new ideas or take good care of customers.

    stop guilt hunting, stop decisions by lawyers, focus on growth and customers

    the food is good. Other than that nothing to say about it. Good for power system engineer taht has experience.

    supervisor too hard with employees especially interns.
    Development Team is too small that makes it hard to complete task on time.

    management is ok, short time allowed to complete task. SHould hire more people for development team. Its is critical to do so
