    Work Culture,Not much pressure,Job security,Brand Value.

    Cons

    Increment is less,Variable part in the CTC(You wont get the projected CTC in hand if your Business Units performance is bad.(NB: This is only in ABB India)),Not well structured training or No Trainings,You can't predict what will be your position after some years,may be you reached good position but no clarity.

    Give proper training and show clear career path to your employees.

    Pros

    Management is top class, job stability is there, working environment is friendly and the discipline is one of the top priorities.

    Cons

    Honestly I cant think of anything negative about ABB, maybe the Human Resources needs to improve their communication skills in ABB Saudi as most of the employees are foreigners and HR department is mostly handled by Saudis.

    Salaries should be increased for the employees keeping in mind the huge projects taken by ABB all over the world

    Excellent collaboration with the scientists
    You gain some R&D experience without having a PhD
    The CRC almost resembles a campus
    Lots of interns

    Weak social interaction with the scientists (the many interns "clump" together)
    Impossible to get a job even if they fall in love with you - you have to have a PhD

    Job Learning Exposure is there and on the job training is possible. Provides opportunity to visit site and gain experience.

    Does not focus on personal life and hence only professional side is taken care of.
