    Pros

You get a paycheck and benefits which are ok.

    Cons

Management is ineffective and often unsuited for the groups they manage. Most management treats employees in a condescending manner, and disrespectful to women, minorities, and the handicap.

    I worked at ABB

    Pros

great company and benefits. heading in the right direction

    Cons

micromanaging, too many managers. direction gets lost in translation. There was no work life balance only for management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

STOP micromanaging and trust your employees! Guarantee you will yield better results. Get on one accord stop delivering conflicting information. Hence the turnover

Good compensation, good morale, great opportunity to move and advance your career! Love it the same way 4 years later as I did the first day. Management is flexible with your personal events in life.

    Cons

Too many meetings. Need to condense meetings to once a week and not everyday.

I have been working at ABB

    Pros

If you are Caucasian you have unlimited potential. You can easily move up the ladder and take job from qualified minorities.

    Cons

If you are a minority you are expected to work harder than the Caucasian employees yet get paid less and be omitted from promotions. Don't expect to be promoted if you are a minority. Even worse your dignity is removed as the Caucasians with less knowledge or experience orders you around and smiles about it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop being racist! When nearly all management is Caucasian yet half the employees are minority should show you that you are racist.

    Negative Outlook
