Its in Oklahoma and it would be nice to live in a bigger city.

Cons
salary, promotion opportunities, job role opportunies lacking
Advice to Senior Management
communication between business units needs to improve
Pros
Descent salary. I enjoyed working with my fellow employees. The concept of the business was good. The employees did a great job. Most of the employees were long term employees and were very skilled in their area. Most of the employees took pride in thier work.
Cons
Too many higher executives and not enough workers. Excessive and unnecessary spending. Nonmanagement employees suffer the consequences of the over spending of the executive staff.
Advice to Senior Management
If the senior management would cut back on excessive spending and over staffing executive positions, their bottom line would be healthier.
Pros
a good place to work
Cons
management did not do their job
Pros
Having great reputation and being one of the leading company in the industry, it has great resources for someone to start their career.
Cons
Payroll isn't that generous comparing to other U.S. owned companies.
Pros
great environment and lots of opportunity for training
Cons
i sometimes work long hours
Pros
I found that you could take on as many challenges as you wanted and support from co-workers is great, but local and international
Cons
They keep re-cycling the old management, time for lots more new blood.
Advice to Senior Management
Practice what you preach
Pros
challenging work tasks, decent pay, able to see where your work pays off
Cons
seemed to be gap between management and employess
Pros
A Global Company with opportunities to travel and interact with all cultures. If you are there long enough you will travel. Many long term employees are fiercely loyal and have never worked anywhere else, a pro and a con. The benefits are good, including adoption allowances not many companies have. Good bonus program once you reach the senior management levels.
Cons
Slow to respond to change, some managers believe employees are like pencils, keep using it by shaving more and more off until there's nothing left, then toss it. You need to be able to hold your own in office politics to get ahead. Advancement is sometimes based on your ability to work the system and personal grudges come into play if you've perceived to have crossed someone.
Advice to Senior Management
Diversify, entire company is heavily affected by economy. But you look to be in a good spot once the economy does rebound, if you can last that long.
Pros
Managment not on your back pretty good working conditions fairly stress free.
Cons
not a lot of direction on priorites
