I have been working at ABBTECH Professional Resources full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    -Woman Owned Small Business
-Cares about it's employees both Internal and Contractors
    -Not a Cheap Company
-Offers lots of training and incentives
    -Work hard, play harder environment
    -Wants to see everyone succeed

    Cons

-the only thing i can think of is the strictness on time and tardiness.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to keep doing with they're doing and instilling great values and care into it's employees. Keep setting the example and setting the standard for other businesses in the recruiting and staffing industry who treat their employee's like crap. You reap what you sew :)

I have been working at ABBTECH Professional Resources

    Pros

ABBTECH provides temporary positions that can lead to full-time positions, they provide a flexible environment and the culture is a positive one.

    Cons

They could use more help, they are very busy. Continue to improve communications within the organization. Set us some type of program that allows/encourages employees to give kudos to others.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep communicating and letting us know what is going on. Allow employees to grow into other positions and future leadership opportunities within the company.

    Cons

    Pros

Flexible, weekly pay, very friendly staff, easy to work with, organized

    Cons

job security - positions are short-term or temporary contracts, benefits package is not that great, no paid vacation, better to consider them as a transition company (unless you find a temp to perm contract)

I have been working at ABBTECH Professional Resources full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Compensation easily increased. Mobility in compensation totally dependent on billing, so if times are good, you can make a lot of money. If you land on a successful team/there is work to do, you will have success if you try. The best thing is you get paid for exactly the hour you work, so if you chose, work/life balance can be very nice.

    Cons

Cut-rate benefits. Majority of staff anticipated to leave within a year.. Nothing for retirement whatsoever.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't show favorites. Offer competitive benefits and salary. Spread the wealth.
