Current Employee – been working at ABBTECH Professional Resources full-time for more than a year
Pros – You have a job that pays every week.
Cons – They don't have any benefits. They just pay your vacation automatically, so you have to save it yourself. Health insurance is horrible. I talked to them probably 5 times in my 3 year run with them. They don't really care about their employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Care about your employees and keep in contact with them.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at ABBTECH Professional Resources
Pros – It's a nice building. Good offices and the people are generally nice. Benefits package is pretty standard and it's a very respectful environment. Good training as well.
Cons – It's a family owned business so to move up you have to move on. Their starting pay is not very good. There are pro's but overall it simply is "ok." It's not a career move. Abbtech is just a job.
Advice to Senior Management – Not really much advice I can give. It's a tough industry and sometimes they go after more than they can chew and employees suffer but that's what companies have to do sometimes to grow.

Current Employee – been working at ABBTECH Professional Resources
Pros – Flexible, weekly pay, very friendly staff, easy to work with, organized
Cons – job security - positions are short-term or temporary contracts, benefits package is not that great, no paid vacation, better to consider them as a transition company (unless you find a temp to perm contract)

Current Employee – been working at ABBTECH Professional Resources
Pros – ABBTECH provides temporary positions that can lead to full-time positions, they provide a flexible environment and the culture is a positive one.
Cons – They could use more help, they are very busy. Continue to improve communications within the organization. Set us some type of program that allows/encourages employees to give kudos to others.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep communicating and letting us know what is going on. Allow employees to grow into other positions and future leadership opportunities within the company.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
