Abbtech Really Cares About Their Employees

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at ABBTECH Professional Resources full-time for less than a year

Pros-Woman Owned Small Business
-Cares about it's employees both Internal and Contractors
-Not a Cheap Company
-Offers lots of training and incentives
-Work hard, play harder environment
-Wants to see everyone succeed

Cons-the only thing i can think of is the strictness on time and tardiness.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to keep doing with they're doing and instilling great values and care into it's employees. Keep setting the example and setting the standard for other businesses in the recruiting and staffing industry who treat their employee's like crap. You reap what you sew :)

A company that takes your money.

Software Engineer (Current Employee)
Ogden, UT

I have been working at ABBTECH Professional Resources full-time for more than a year

ProsYou have a job that pays every week.

ConsThey don't have any benefits. They just pay your vacation automatically, so you have to save it yourself. Health insurance is horrible. I talked to them probably 5 times in my 3 year run with them. They don't really care about their employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementCare about your employees and keep in contact with them.

It's an ok place

Recruiter (Former Employee)
Sterling, VA

I worked at ABBTECH Professional Resources

ProsIt's a nice building. Good offices and the people are generally nice. Benefits package is pretty standard and it's a very respectful environment. Good training as well.

ConsIt's a family owned business so to move up you have to move on. Their starting pay is not very good. There are pro's but overall it simply is "ok." It's not a career move. Abbtech is just a job.

Advice to Senior ManagementNot really much advice I can give. It's a tough industry and sometimes they go after more than they can chew and employees suffer but that's what companies have to do sometimes to grow.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
