    Pros

flexibility and having to work with a team to accomplish tasks.

    Cons

less room for advancement for the kind of skill I have.

    Advice to Management

It should open up more opportunities for employees to reach their goals and help the company grow faster.

    Pros

Freedom- If you have a doctors appointment or just need a day off, your managers will work with you. They are pretty flexible with your hours, so you have a lot of freedom. The company does provide decent benefits to those who are full-time, and a great 401K opportunity.

    Cons

Not enough work to keep you busy. No room for advancement. Not enough pay.

    Pros

It's exciting when new things pop up because there's something exciting for you to do. I pretty much work on my own terms, go to lunch when I want and perform my audits when I want. As long as my reports are given to my boss when they are due then I'm fine.

    Cons

You're doing the same reports and the same things over and over again each month. There's no diversity. It gets boring.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and don't always assume they are the ones to blame for everything. Managers are human too.

    Pros

Large company, can also be a con

    Cons

Too many to list. But most importantly no real strategic vision and even worse execution. Promotions are based on the "gut" feel of a couple really ignorant Texans.

    Advice to Management

The Board needs to go outside and get some professionals. The top few in this company must go if there is every to be an actual direction other than down. You can continue to overpay and buy companies and dump them on the balance sheet but that is not a winning strategy. At some point you must invest in leaders who have a vision for the future and can differentiate the company from the competition in a positive way. The company is a classic case of the Emperor Has No Clothes!! It is really a long way from being a good company and there really are just a few key people that are responsible for gutting the soul out of this once proud organization.

    Pros

Lots of locations, good benefits, and awesome managements. The pay is very good for a job that does not require much skills.

    Cons

Its hard to get good locations because there are lots of people with 30+ years seniority. So you would have to be a floater for full-time workers.

    Advice to Management

Try not to lose too much locations to our competitors. It will cause a lot of people to get bumped off their location by other people with higher seniority.

    Pros

Lots of eye candy, in and out of the airport. Yoga pants Wednesdays are great for being up top in drop off area.

    Cons

It creates a stifling work environment that works against the natural creativity that’s needed to get the job done. When a person feels like their every move is being watched, they are less likely to take a chance and think outside the box on a project. You want a creative and vibrant team? Then give them a little space to work their magic.

    Advice to Management

Quit changing rules and regulations. The answers you look for for valets are corporate responses. Have a head manager not 3 that all run there check system differently.

    Pros

One gets to work outside with all kinds of passengers.

    Cons

Management is unfair and at times has no knowledge of what they are doing.
