Pros
Great people, benefits, fantastic work environment. Love the location, building, cafeteria.
Cons
Political red tape. Sometimes it was difficult to work with mgmt. Sometimes had to work long hours.
Advice to Senior Management
Great job on selling abn amro before the bottom fell out. You guys were right on the money.
