Nothing really other than normal office issues

I have been working at ABS Consulting full-time

    Pros

Good benefits relative to other consulting firms. Supplied with a cellphone and accessories free of charge with unlimited data. Employees were encouraged to even use this as their personal phone. Healthcare was very good as well (covered over $100 of my contact lens cost per year, for example).

    Cons

Limited opportunity for advancement or switching on to other projects. Company sponsored happy hours are poorly attended. Leadership and management was poor - I was told on my first day by a manager that this was generally the case and I would have to "manage my manager". Compensation lower than other firms in the area.

I worked at ABS Consulting as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

There is a test range, and an office where different things are done. Nice to mix things up.

    Cons

Office work is kinda dull, and test range work, while very physical, is boring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Taco Cabana sucks.

  5. A small firm, the managers aren't serious with the employers and with the clients.

I worked at ABS Consulting full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Business is like a car: it will not run by itself except downhill.

    Cons

The managers really didnt manage me very well, the main problem being they cancelled our 1-1 meetings quite frequently so my feedback was not on a regular basis. Also they didnt respect any of our discussions. Always change their mind in any situation without announcing in advance the employers or the clients.
Also they dont pay all the money on the contract so they try black payment or they try to fool with the salary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to work in team with the employers, be serious in the future and respect the emplyers and the deadlines.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
