Pros – Everyone has a role in what can truly make a difference in the strength and survival of small to medium sized businesses. It can be very rewarding. There are wonderful people to work with at every level - and, like everywhere else, there are some less competent. You can make a lot of money here.

Cons – It is very difficult to maintain a work/life balance - because every job is strictly performance based. If you are money-driven, you have to give up almost everything else. If a moderate earning level is adequate, you can be very happy here.

Advice to Senior Management – Vacation pay should be based on the average weekly earnings for the prior year. People is the field are entitled to time off, too - and it should be compensated based on average weekly earnings for them, also.
