Cons – Supervisors have their favorites and they give them the best treatment.

Pros – Great Benefits set schedule. They had some of the best insurance anywhere. Everyone was easy to get along with. Good Pay

Cons – Night shift for the most part. Had some lazy people that you had to pick up slack.

Advice to Senior Management – They did a great job miss working there

Pros – Compnsation and pay.
Benefits to include 401(k), medical, dental and eye.
Flexible work schedule. You fly a scheduled line but you can easily trip trade with other pilots.

Cons – Relationship with employees. Management only communicates with the employees when it is necessary or when they want something from the employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Treat people with the respect they deserve. Accept that most of your employees work really hard and want the company to succeed.

Cons – Business Structure changes and the economy require more work with less employees as in most companies.

Cons – salary is not adequate for what's expected

Pros – The pay is ok and the overtime at christmass is great. Hours are ok

Cons – lack of advancement. You will not get promoted if you have experance. Lack of breaks.

Advice to Senior Management – wake up. look at the productivaty of uper management. You could loose all of them and the place will not miss them.
