    Pros

    The pay is decent if you can meet your metrics, as you are given bonuses based on how you perform.

    Cons

    Management does not listen to the employees. The rules given to govern workflow seem useless at times, are created out of thin air and strictly enforced, then redacted just as quickly. You will be out of a job for the most minor infraction. After two months, of the group of two dozen or so I trained with, only three were still with the company.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees and change policies when your employees feel they are not helping the employee or the customer. Do not be so quick to let people go, especially employees who have proven themselves with their numbers.

    comfort of my own desk (brought from home; she only had one desk for 3 ppl to share)

    frowned upon when taking a lunch break.
    cut hours (hourly) when *owner lost client
    hourly pay; not salary (worked weekends)
    had us paint the office b/c she had no work for us

    Pros

    ACCENT has a competitive benefits plan for their market segment and footprint.
    There is a healthy emphasis on employee development for both short and long term goals.
    From an infrastructure standpoint, the organization is well attuned to properly investing in "the right" solutions and not just the most convenient.

    Cons

    Changing technology means a constantly evolving work environment. If you prefer a job with little change, and months to plan and implement projects, this may not be the place for you.

    Pros

    Decent wages. Decent benefits. Good training program. Meet some really awesome people.

    Cons

    If you're the one taking calls, remember that the customers don't actually hate you. If you're management, remember that the CSR's have been dealing with terrible customers all day.

    Advice to Management

    More flexibility with hours would be appreciated. The time off requests are frequently denied. And the missed day policis are draconian.

    Middle management is friendly and tries to be helpful
    Great coworkers
    Work environment is brightly lit, very colorful, and spacious
    Easy to request time off

    Cons

    Upper management is restrictive and aloof
    Highly punitive with regards to lateness or absence - no excuses at all are accepted, even medical emergencies
    Low pay compared to other call centers

    Advice to Management

    Offer better benefits and pay, be more understanding with regards to emergencies that cause tardiness or absence

    some of the people that work there are great.some of the people love to help you out when you need help.

    Cons

    quality and upper management needs to get their stuff together. Stop making people leads and coaches that know nothing and do nothing.30 percent of the people that work there are drug addicts that don't do their job. And another 30 percent of the people that work there talk about people and make up rumors and stories about people. also working 10 hour days is not good for morale for your companye.

    Advice to Management

    my advice to upper management is to not be so hard on quality.and to do more backgrounds checks not just the legal ones but on Facebook and Twitter about the people that they hired
