    decent co-worker and fairly easy work. Flexible schedules

    Cons

    Crappy benefits -- no oppurtunities for advancement unless you are a favorite of managements. Lots of favoritism by managers.

    Pros

    My boss was great to work for. They really tried to promote a good work/life balance within our team.

    Cons

    A company that does not do what it says it is going to do. Leadership is constantly changing and they play the throw people under the bus game in order to get ahead. It's an all for yourself company, not one that promotes a team work oriented environment. It is not one that care's for it's employees as it touts it does. Extremely high levels of favoritism rum rampant through this organization and you can get hired/promoted if you know someone at the right level. An employee that works hard and continues to grow in their career field is not recognized unless they are in the "in-crowd".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Plain and simple do what you say you are going to do and actually hold people ACCOUNTABLE! Stop the shady practices and be real with your employees and your clients!

    Pros

    The focus on continued leadership training and team initiatives was a very big hit for people joining the company. Leadership was always available and very approachable. They also practice a promote from within culture. The work-life balance and in-office culture wonderful at times.

    Cons

    The pay was not the best. There were many changes at the top and that really affected the morale and job security of the line staff who were no longer certain of their future with the company.

    Try to work on more rewards for top performers.

    Pros

    Good people on the worker bee levels. And middle management for the most part. Fun activities. At one time. proud to be there.

    Cons

    Everything that is bad about the corporate world you will find here. CEOs coming, changing things-lay offs-no raises-no advancements- and CEOs going, leaving it worse than when they got there. Oh here comes another one...Micromanagers galore.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Promote from within instead of bringing in new top dogs every couple years. Now I've heard they've gotten rid of the best of management and kept the true brown-nosing micromanagers that only care about themselves. Tsk tsk.

    Pros

    Opportunity for very high pay in area with few opportunities. Easy to become close with coworkers and create a good team. Lower level management really tries to bond with employees and create positive atmosphere. Allows you to miss work and make it up in a reasonable time if you choose for good reason. Flexible with school schedules

    Cons

    Upper management is not approachable. Pay scale constantly changing and is difficult even as tenured agents to reach higher pay due to unfair and unrealistic requirements. Miss one of work due to illness and you lose all that you worked for. Not enough floor support for agents and constant promotion of unqualified people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Promote those who actually know the job and perform well instead of picking favorites. Needs more agent support to allow everyone to meet goals. Stop changing pay scale to make it almost impossible to receive decent pay.

    The people were excellent with a high level of experience, enthusiasm and dedication.

    Cons

    Accent was bought out after my employment. Unsure of current culture although many of the same people are still with the company.

    Pros

    Decent pay, even during training, everything is explained well and you definitely are taught most everything you need to know.

    Cons

    They are almost too strict about certain things, such as missing work/calling in. There's also a lot of pressure to meet certain goals with very little incentive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There's a lot of turn-around in these jobs so maybe you could be more lenient/listen to their complaints to improve the working environment.

    It was close to home for me, 12 occurrences could be used every 6 months.

    Cons

    Management was not approachable when needing assistance, constant system failures, horrible marketing.

    Be there to support your employees or they will never give you their 100%
