Pros – Good for an entry level opportunitites
Cons – Flat graph when it comes to growth.
Pros – Easy going and have regular employee meetings. Can always give feedback (dont expect results)
Cons – HR does not communicate at all

Pros – 1. You will be happy first day that you have a job and things will be positive given you join the company with an optimistic attitude.
2. You will get free food may be once a year !
3. Thats all you get here !
Cons – Before you jump to any conclusion. These con opinions represent a big sample size of employees here.
Keep trying to contact the mangement for your questions or concerns, they will respond only if they wish to. Have very inexperienced HR to do your yearly review. Extreme nepotism. People looking for sponsorship through this company, keep this company at the bottom of your priority. They will frustrate you (they are extremely talented at this). Minimal diversity of employees. All they care about is how much they can make money off of you. They do not have any dedicated work of their own. All they do is proviode manpower to Caterpillar. You will struggle to get paid for 40 hours since work is project based may be not all the time but sometimes. EMPOYEE REVIEW process is the one which you would not want. STRONG ADVISE
Advice to Senior Management – If you are trying to make money based on contracting employees to Caterpillar, please make sure you are not exploiting their visa status for your greedy needs.
JIM MONTELEGO is the CEO (I dont know of what, at least thats what he calls himself) - your company is making money from hardworking dedicated local and foreign nationals. Please ensure you relieve employees all the trouble they have to go through dealing with you and your management, so that they can actually focus on work and help your customer Caterpillar !
