    Pros

You never know what's going to happen!---moves, new job, combat, etc, etc, etc...also, truly being a part of history, not just reading about it, gets me great satisfaction after 30 years----from witnessing the Fall of the Berlin Wall & demise of the Soviets, to Kosovo, Korea, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, etc etc....Wow!....what a ride!

    Cons

Same as the pros---all depends on you attitude!

    Advice to Management

Congress should only be allowed to use the VA and military TRICARE for themselves and their Families for the rest of their lives---then we'd see how much they care about it!

I worked at ACCS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Company Car, Company Equipment, Good Pay and Benefits. Christian Values.

    Cons

Long Work hours, Unorganized Daily job assignments, Unrealistic expectations. The management is so out of touch with the work load I was miserable here. As a new hire I got little to no training. I worked hard to learn what little that I did.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employee's instead of rail roading over them. They are telling you customer concerns don't just brush them off as unimportant that's how you lose business. If you don't have the resources for the job tell them so. Honestly pays in the end.

I worked at ACCS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. You will be happy first day that you have a job and things will be positive given you join the company with an optimistic attitude. 2. You will get free food may be once a year ! 3. Thats all you get here !

    Cons

Before you jump to any conclusion. These con opinions represent a big sample size of employees here. Keep trying to contact the mangement for your questions or concerns, they will respond only if they wish to. Have very inexperienced HR to do your yearly review. Extreme nepotism. People looking for sponsorship through this company, keep this company at the bottom of your priority. They will frustrate you (they are extremely talented at this). Minimal diversity of employees. All they care about is how much they can make money off of you. They do not have any dedicated work of their own. All they do is proviode manpower to Caterpillar. You will struggle to get paid for 40 hours since work is project based may be not all the time but sometimes. EMPOYEE REVIEW process is the one which you would not want. STRONG ADVISE

    Advice to Management

If you are trying to make money based on contracting employees to Caterpillar, please make sure you are not exploiting their visa status for your greedy needs. JIM MONTELEGO is the CEO (I dont know of what, at least thats what he calls himself) - your company is making money from hardworking dedicated local and foreign nationals. Please ensure you relieve employees all the trouble they have to go through dealing with you and your management, so that they can actually focus on work and help your customer Caterpillar !
